When that side is clean, turn the screen around and do the same for the other side. Give it a good rinse with the hose and let it dry, before re-attaching it to the door or window.

You could also use a portable air compressor to clean your screens. This works by using strong currents of compressed air to blow away any residual dirt and debris.
Another way is to use your vacuum. Just fix the brush attachment and give your screens a once over cleaning.
